Udeet brings over a decade of active simulation and sustainability consultancy experience to GGD Advisory, with a project portfolio spanning residential, mixed-use and commercial developments across the UAE and GCC. His practice is built on precision — structured deliverables, documented methodology and authority-ready outputs that reduce revision cycles and protect approval timelines.
Every model, compliance matrix and technical narrative produced by GGD is shaped by the experience of running these simulations on real projects, under real authority submission conditions. That is a different foundation from a consultancy built on templates and outsourced modelling.
Beyond advisory work, Udeet founded GGD Academy to address the significant skills gap in Gulf-market building performance simulation — developing and delivering professional training across IES VE, DesignBuilder, ApacheHVAC and the full simulation ecosystem that UAE and GCC practitioners need.
